Reservations and payments
- Reservations can be made via our website Inn the Nest or external booking websites (booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).
- We accept the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, iDeal.
Cancellations and changes
- Cancellations must be passed on at least 30 days before check-in date in writing, by e-mail or via the external booking sites used.
- In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date or with no-show, the full reservation value will be charged.
- Changes to the reservation are possible, depending on availability, and must be requested in writing or by e-mail.
Check in and out
- Check in is possible from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
- Checking out must be done before 10:00 am on the day of departure.
- Early check in or late check out is sometimes possible on request, depending on availability.
House rules
- Guests must adhere to the house rules that apply in the hotel.
- Smoking, vaping or use of drugs is not allowed in the hotel. Smoking of cigarettes is allowed outside on or near the bench near the main entrance of the hotel. Smoking of all kind of cannabis products is prohibited on the property of the hotel.
- The hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system that is directly linked to the fire brigade's control room. Upon arrival of fire trucks due to an unwanted fire alarm (smoking, baking/roasting, maliciousness, etc.) a fine of 4,000 euros per fire truck applies.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Parties and/or extra guests are not allowed in the hotel.
- Silence hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. apply in the hotel.
- Bicycles are made available for all guests at the hotel rooms. Use of the bikes is free of charge. Please take good care of the bikes and lock them well with both locks. Only park in places where that is allowed. In the event of loss or theft of a bicycle, a fee of 500 euros applies. When the bicycle is removed by the municipality due to incorrect parking, a fee of 130 euros applies.
Liability
- The hotel is not liable for loss, theft or damage to the property of guests, unless this is the result of intent or gross negligence of the hotel.
- Guests are liable for damage they cause to the property of the hotel.
Force majeur
- The hotel is not liable for shortcomings in the implementation of the agreement that are the result of force majeure. Force majeure is understood to mean: any of the will of the hotel independent circumstance that prevents the compliance with the agreement temporarily or permanently.
Applicable law and disputes
- Dutch law applies to all similarities between the hotel and guests.
- Disputes arising from the agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
